Am I a candidate for tattoo services?

My top priority is to provide a safe and healthy environment.
All tattoo services are regulated by the Ohio Health Department.

You may NOT proceed at this time if any of the following applies to you:

are not 18 years old or older
are currently pregnant or breast feeding
have uncontrolled high blood pressure
have a history of keloids or hypertrophic scarring
are epileptic
are currently undergoing chemotherapy
have a viral infection or are taking antibiotics
are taking immune suppressive medications
have had surgery within the past 30 days
you are unable to read and follow the pre-care and post-care instructions

Accutane patients must wait a minimum of one year before it is safe to proceed with permanent cosmetics procedures.

A doctors note is required for those with a pacemaker, heart problems, or autoimmune disorders. Those who have undergone chemotherapy must provide confirmation from their physician to verify completion of treatment.

If you are experiencing any signs or symptoms of a cold or flu, or have a sinus/respiratory infection, please notify me right away so we can get you rescheduled.

Any prior issues with or allergic reactions to topical anesthetics is important to mention before we begin your service.
