BOOKING FEES
All booking fees are non-refundable.
a $100 non-refundable booking fee is required when BOOKING aN EYEbrow TATTOO appointment. THIS IS PAID BY CREDIT CARD HERE
a $50 non-refundable booking fee is required WHEN BOOKING A FINE LINE TATTOO APPOINTMENT and must be paid within 24 hours of booking. AN INVOICE WILL BE EMAILED TO YOU. Failure to pay within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of the requested appointment time.

CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULE POLICY
If you are unable to keep your appointment, please give us a minimum of 48 hours notice. As a courtesy, we will allow a one-time reschedule if needed. If your appointment needs rescheduled a second time, a new deposit will be required to book.
NO-SHOW POLICY
IN the event you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will forfeit your deposit and will be charged the full price of service. No shows also risk being blocked from future bookings.
CANDIDACY
You are responsible for checking candidacy prior to any appointment. If you arrive to your appointment and cannot receive treatment due to any listed contraindications, your appointment will be canceled and your deposit will be forfeited.
PUNCTUALITY
Please be on time for your service. 20 minutes is the max allowed tardiness for EYEBROW TATTOO SERVICES.
10 minutes is the max allowed tardiness for FINE LINE TATTOOS. Anything later will require your appointment to be rescheduled. A new non-refundable deposit will be required to book.

PRIOR HISTORY OF BROW TATTOO OR MICROBLADING
If you have ever had microblading or an eyebrow tattoo done by another artist, you MUST FIRST email PHOTOS OF YOUR EYEBROWS FOR REVIEW PRIOR TO BOOKING.
